A REVIEW OF PRODUCT STABILITY AND QUALITY CONSIDERATIONS OF FORMULATION STRATEGIES AND SOLVENT FREE MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGIES FOR ESTRADIOL
Estradiol (E2) is a form of estrogen that regulates multiple functions in human body (Brann et al., 2007). It controls ovulation and the development of female sex characteristics, being classically considered a reproductive hormone, due to its well-known role in feedback signaling in the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis.[1,2]
