Perfil bioquímico sanguíneo de gallinas ponedoras alimentadas con diferentes dietas de Plukenetia volubilis L y Bactris gasispaes
In this experiment, the blood biochemical profile (triglycerides, creatinine, total proteins, albumin, glucose, urea, cholesterol, creatinine, GPT-ALAT, GOT-ASAT and uric acid) of laying hens fed with different diets of Plukenetia volubilis L was evaluated. and Bactris gasispaes, the study was carried out at the Amazon Experimental Research and Production Center (CEIPA), in the poultry program belonging to the Amazon State University, located at km 44 Puyo-Tena of the Arosemena Tola Canton. During the experimental phase, 108 45-week-old laying hens from the Hy-line Brown line were used. Five experimental diets were formulated incorporating chonta and sacha inchi flours in different percentages: 0% (control), 5% and 10% chonta. (diet I and II), 5% and 10% sacha inchi (diet III and IV). A housing system was managed within the poultry facility with a 10 m x 6 m (60 m2) shed, concrete floor and walls with a height of 0.75 m, mesh windows covered with curtains that help regulate temperature inside the ship. It is concluded that the diet with 10% Chontaduro (Bactris gasipaes) contains the best nutritional contributions for the breed under study.
