INTEGRASI KETERAMPILAN 4C DAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA: SYSTEMATIC LITERATUR REVIEW
This study aims to systematically evaluate the effectiveness of integrating the 4C competencies (critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration) into mathematics learning models on improving students’ academic achievement. The method used was a systematic literature review (SLR) in accordance with the PRISMA protocol. Of the 165 articles identified in the Google Scholar, Scopus, and Sinta databases (2020-2026), only 8 articles met the inclusion criteria for analysis. The review results indicate that 4C-based learning models consistently have a positive impact on learning outcomes at all educational levels. Specific models such as YouTube-assisted discovery learning, TSTS, NHT, guided discovery learning, and “Make a Match” effectively enhance critical thinking and cognitive outcomes. Furthermore, 4C skills and numeracy have a positive relationship with learning outcomes, while prior academic ability is not a determining factor for success, as the 4C model is inclusive. In conclusion, integrating 4C competencies into mathematics learning models is worth considering as a key strategy for improving learning outcomes equitably and uniformly.
