Policy Brief: Building Food-Oriented Knowledge and Innovation Systems in Europe - Lessons from Transitiecoalitie Voedsel (The Netherlands)
As one of six policy briefs produced within the FOSTER project, this policy brief contributes to a collective set of governance lessons and policy recommendations derived from collaborations with six Change-Driven Initiatives (CDIs) across Europe. This document builds on work carried out in collaboration with the Food Transition Coalition (Transitiecoalitie Voedsel ñ TcV), a Dutch multi-actor network working to accelerate the transition towards a sustainable, healthy, and fair food system. The coalition brings together frontrunners from across the food system, including farmers, food companies, retailers, researchers, civil society organisations, and public authorities, with the shared goal of promoting systemic change in both food production and consumption
