Ab Initio Derivation of Absolute Neutrino Masses: A Zero-Parameter Geometric Operator Yielding Σm_ν = 0.0607 eV
This paper presents a deterministic, zero-free-parameter derivation of absolute neutrino rest masses, addressing a fundamental incompleteness in the Standard Model. Operating within the Information Projection Model (IPM)—which defines physical reality as a discrete, finite-bandwidth 3D Cartesian spatial grid—neutrinos are modeled as unanchored topological synchronization packets. By evaluating the geometric constraints of routing zero-charge data through a discrete spatial matrix, we derive an absolute mass operator governed strictly by the spatial rendering resolution limit (α^-1) and the bipartite synchronization constant (κ=1/2). The theoretical operator yields absolute mass values of m_ν1 ≈ 0.0015 eV, m_ν2 ≈ 0.0089 eV, and m_ν3 ≈ 0.0503 eV. These values deterministically reproduce the empirical solar (Δm^2_21) and atmospheric (Δm^2_32) squared-mass splittings to >98.3% accuracy without empirical mass insertions. Consequently, we establish a rigid, testable prediction for the cosmological sum of neutrino masses at Σm_ν = 0.0607 eV, strictly bounding upcoming cosmological surveys (e.g., DESI, Euclid) and providing a falsifiable test for the discrete hardware architecture of the universe.
