Experimental numerical implementation of a gyrotropic 12-feature exponential manifold with structural positivity, positive-definite quartic tail confinement, and GPU moment reconstruction. The code demonstrates successful recovery of a Gaussian reference distribution on its discrete quadrature, with status reporting, residual diagnostics, and a tail certificate.
