Alarm Response Dispatch for Private Security Companies: A Practical Framework for 2027
Private security companies that offer alarm response are judged on one moment: how fast a guard reaches the site after the alarm fires. Many companies still dispatch by phoning guards one at a time, so response speed depends on who answers. This note sets out a five-step dispatch framework that removes the phone tree: start from the site, rank guards by travel time, dispatch in one action, track status to arrival, and send the client documented proof the same night. For each step it describes the failure it prevents and what to measure. It closes with a checklist operations managers can use to audit their current process before 2027 contract renewals.
