t BuOK Catalyzed Cross‐Metathesis of Hydrosilanes

ABSTRACT We report a t BuOK catalyzed cross‐metathesis of hydrosilanes that enables the selective redistribution of silicon substituents under operationally simple conditions. The protocol offers an economical and practical route to diaryl‐ and tetra‐substituted silanes, serving as a complementary approach to conventional metal‐ and boron‐catalyzed silane cross‐metathesis.
