I Predicted Webb's Bars and Velocity Before Webb Measured Them: 8 Barred Galaxies at z=3 with V^2 = 2GM/DeltaR and No Dark Halo
**Title:** CPPM - Blind Predictions for 8 JWST Barred Galaxies at $z=1.1-3.16$ from Atlas CGM V3.0 **Abstract:**Predictions of rotation velocity for 8 barred galaxies discovered by JWST (CEERS-2112, EGS-30836, EGS-24154, EGS-12823, EGS-26831, EGS-23205, EGS-24268, COSMOS-74706) at $z=1.116-3.16$ using $V^2 = 2 G M_0 / (R_0 - R_{bar})$. Masses and bar radii from Costantin et al. 2023 Nature, Guo et al. 2023 ApJL 945:L10 Table 1 and Ivanov et al. 2026 AAS 247. Calibration from Atlas CGM V3.0: N=193, MAPE 7.8%, median -5.0%, sigma 6.7%, P90 ±12%, 70% with |error| <10%. Assuming $R_0 \approx 2 R_{bar}$ typical for long bars, $V_{pred}$ = 100.8, 356.1, 519.9, 335.5, 243.3, 754.0, 206.7, 494.6 km/s respectively, with rescaling $V_{pred}(R_{0,real}) = \sqrt{2 G M_0/(R_{0,real}-R_{bar})}$. Timestamped prior to NIRSpec $V_{obs}$. Falsifiable if 6/8 fall outside P90 after measuring $R_0$ at $\mu=26.5$ in F444W.
