Pengaruh Faktor Kesiapsiagaan Bencana Terhadap Resiliensi Komunitas Menghadapi Situasi Banjir
Floods are disasters with the most widespread impact, requiring community resilience, which is shaped by various factors, including social, economic, government policy, cultural, land-use planning, educational, and preparedness factors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of preparedness factors on community resilience in coping with flood situations. The study employed a quantitative, analytical, cross-sectional design involving 60 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The ARC-D and CART-AS questionnaires were used as measurement tools, and the data were analyzed using Ordinal Logistic Regression at a significance level of p < 0.05. The results showed that the majority of respondents had moderate disaster preparedness 30 people (50%) and high community resilience 35 people (58.3%); the ordinal logistic regression test yielded p = 0.005 (p < 0.05). The study concluded that disaster preparedness is a factor influencing community resilience in the face of flooding. Therefore, efforts to strengthen social capital, provide disaster education, and enhance community self-reliance must continue to be improved. In addition, further research with a larger sample size is needed to analyze the influence of social, economic, cultural, educational, and health factors on pre-disaster community resilience using linear regression analysis.
