The Effect of Using Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) on Female Seventh Grade Students Achievement in Mathematics

This study aimed to find out the effect of using generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications on female seventh grade students’ academic achievement in mathematics. The study used the quasi-experimental design, and the study sample consisted of two groups, the first, an experimental group, comprised (25) students, who studied using AI, the DeepSeek application, and the second, a control group, also comprised (25) students, who studied using the traditional method. An achievement test was developed as a study tool. The study results showed a statistically significant difference (α=0.05) between the average scores of the two groups, experimental and control, on the academic achievement test, in favour of the experimental group, which studied using AI.
