This study quantified the health and productivity burden of migraine among women aged 20– 64 years in Western Europe from 2023 to 2029.Methods: We used a Bayesian productivity-adjusted life-year framework with archived Bayesian age-period-cohort projections. Data were derived from Global Burden of Disease Study 2023 estimates. The analysis included disability-adjusted life years (DALYs), estimated productivity-adjusted life years (PALYs) lost, and productivity-related monetary valuation in 2021 constant international dollars (Int$), discounted to 2023.Results: From 2023 to 2029, the age-specific inputs summed to 10.867 million DALYs and 1.082 million estimated PALYs lost. The cumulative monetary valuation was Int$69.85 billion, and sensitivity estimates ranged from Int$66.07 billion to Int$76.32 billion. In a separate female age-standardized comparison, Belgium had the highest available 2023 country estimate at 1443.61 DALYs per 100,000 women. Conclusion: Migraine represents a substantial health and productivity burden among working-age women in Western Europe. The monetary estimate depends on the archived coefficients and valuation inputs and should not be interpreted as observed GDP loss or treatment-attributable savings. Keywords: migraine, working-age women, Western Europe, global burden of disease study 2023, disability-adjusted life years, productivity-adjusted life years
