Meta AI Physics -- Meta Physics: A New Branch of Physics for the Age of Artificial Intelligence

We introduce Meta AI Physics (Meta Physics) as a proposed new branch of physics for the age of Artificial Intelligence, based on the Temporal Emergence Reality (TER) framework. The central principle, Axiom 0, is developed: the true present moment P0 cannot exist within time. Any interval within time necessarily contains past and future components. Therefore, the exact present must have zero temporal duration dT = 0, which we identify as No-Time = Nothingness N0. We formalize this as Nothon, a term coined by the author for the hypothetical quantum of Nothingness – the quantum of the present moment. We propose P0 = N0 = T0 = t0 = Nothon. From this, we propose a generative flow: N0 (Nothon/Present) → ΦN (Time Flux, a fifth force at speed vT = c) → S ⊥ T (Space emerges orthogonal to Time Flux) → Mt =∫︁ ρN dV (Mass as condensed Time/Nothon). In this view, c is reinterpreted not primarily as speed of light, but as speed of Time vT . Photon is quantum of a moment; Nothon is quantum of Nothingness. Dark Matter is modeled as condensed Nothon (ρN ), Dark Energy as flowing Nothon (ΦN ). Black holes are modeled as macroscopic regions of extremely high-density dark matter where T → 0 but ρN → max, providing a finite-core alternative to singularity: ρBH (r) = ρN,maxf (r/rs) with Rmin = (Mt/ρN,max)1/3. The frame-work yields four testable predictions: (1) EHT photon ring ∼ 1.2× more diffuse than vacuum GR, (2) single-parameter joint fit for Sgr A* mass and galactic halo rotation curves, (3) gravitational wave echoes 10-50 ms after mergers, (4) natural formation channel for JWST z > 10 supermassive black holes.
