Black Holes as Regions of Extremely High-Density Dark Matter: \\ The Present Moment as Singularity of Time (Axiom 0) Within the Temporal Emergence Reality (TER) Framework

We present a unified hypothesis: black holes are not vacuum singularities but regions of extremely high-density dark matter, derived from the Temporal Emergence Reality (TER) framework. The foundational principle, Axiom 0, states that the true present moment P0 cannot exist within time T . Any duration within T contains past and future. Therefore, the true present must have zero duration: dT = 0. Zero duration = No Time = Nothingness N0. We identify P0 = N0 = T0 = t0 as the Nothon, a term coined for the hypothetical particle of nothingness — ”nothing!” — which is the quantum of the present moment. In TER, reality emerges as N0 → ΦN (Time Flux, Fifth Force) →⃗ S ⊥⃗ T (Space) → Mt =∫︁ ρN dV (Mass as Condensed Time). Dark matter is condensed Nothon ρDM , dark energy is flowing Nothon ρDE . A black hole forms when ρN > ρc ∼ c5/(ℏG2), where time flow dT → 0 but substance ρN → max. This is a macroscopic present moment. We propose a unified density profile ρBH (r) = ρN,maxf (r/rs) with finite core, removing singularity via Planck cutoff Rmin ∼ (Mt/ρN,max)1/3. Information is preserved as IBH =∫︁ ϕN dV̸ = 0. This naturally explains MBH ∝ MHalo and JWST z > 10 SMBHs. Testable predictions: 1.2x diffuse EHT ring, single-parameter rotation curves, GW echoes 10-50 ms.
