Internal Clifford Geometry and Relational Temporal Structure
This work reconstructs a constrained Clifford-valued internal-orientation model and examinesthe relational temporal structure supported by its native geometry and dynamics. The fieldn(x) = nA(x)ΓA, {ΓA, ΓB} = 2δAB1, nAnA = 1,takes values in the unit two-sphere S2. The identities Spin(3) ≃ SU(2) and SU(2)/U(1) ≃ S2characterize its internal orientation and two independent local target-space degrees of freedom. The native continuum theory is an O(3) nonlinear sigma model formulated on a pre-existingfour-dimensional spacetime. In the homogeneous free FLRW sector, the internal field follows agreat-circle trajectory satisfying a3θ˙ = J, and its stress tensor yields the stiff equation of statew = 1 and the scaling ρ ∝ a−6. The transverse Lorentzian fluctuation has positive effectivemass-squared m2⊥,eff = J2/a6 under the stated assumptions. Separately, the Euclidean modeladmits periodic elliptic configurations and an exact Lamé equation of index one in the specifiedzero-angular sector.Internal trajectories also possess a reparametrization-invariant target-space arc length, recurrenceproperties and event-counting variables that can provide relational ordering along aspecified history. These structures do not, by themselves, define a universal physical time unitor select a unique irreversible temporal arrow. Likewise, the Clifford paravector algebra suppliesa Lorentzian quadratic form, but the dynamical generation of a spacetime coframe and metricis not established by the normalized n-only action. The paper distinguishes these mathematical and native dynamical results from conditionalstatistical, measurement, gravitational and cosmological extensions. Its aim is to establisha controlled relation between internal Clifford geometry and temporal ordering while statingexplicitly the boundary between a relational geometric construction and a derivation of physicaltime
