This study aims to describe the implementation of cutting and pasting activities to enhance the fine motor skills of children aged 5–6 years at RA Al Idrisiyah Wringinanom, Kuripan District, Probolinggo Regency. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of the Group B teacher and children aged 5–6 years participating in fine motor skills instruction. The results indicate that repetitive cutting and pasting activities, conducted with teacher guidance, effectively improved the children's hand-eye coordination, precision, concentration, and fine motor skills. Initially, some children struggled to cut along patterns or paste neatly; however, improvements in ability were observed after several sessions. Thus, cutting and pasting activities serve as an effective instructional strategy for developing fine motor skills in early childhood.
