CLINICAL AND PATHOMORPHOLOGICAL PARALLELS AND FEATURES OF BIOMOLECULAR MARKER EXPRESSION IN CERVICAL CANCER AMONG DIFFERENT AGE GROUPS OF WOMEN

Cervical cancer is a major malignant disease among women worldwide. This study evaluated the clinical and pathomorphological significance of p16INK4a, Ki-67, p53, VEGF, and E-cadherin expression in different age groups. A retrospective study involving 10 patients with histologically confirmed cervical cancer was conducted using immunohistochemical and histopathological analyses. Younger patients demonstrated higher Ki-67 activity, whereas increased p53 and VEGF expression was more common in older women with invasive tumors. Reduced E-cadherin expression correlated with poor differentiation and tumor invasiveness. Biomolecular markers showed significant associations with tumor progression (p<0.05) and may serve as valuable diagnostic and prognostic indicators in cervical cancer assessment.
