BOUNDARY OMEGA v28 — Integrated Executable Recoverability-Constrained Systems Architecture: Federated Governance, Adversarial Materiality Fixed-Point Closure, Satellite Observation, Infrastructure Assurance, and Recursive Continuity

BOUNDARY OMEGA v28 is a cumulative, executable research and decision-support architecture within the Recoverability-Constrained Systems (RCS) / Continuity Science corpus developed by Noelia Sofia Sanchez. The release integrates the Boundary Omega v26 foundation, Federation Interface v8, Evidence Evolution AMFPC v12, the v27 deterministic recoverability-assurance engine, and the v28 satellite-observation and infrastructure-authorization gateway into one Python-based distribution. The architecture evaluates materially consequential transitions through protected-successor reachability, recoverability intervals, authority and consent conditions, evidentiary sufficiency, adversarial materiality, recursive governance, and finite fixed-point closure. Its principal executable components include: Recoverability and decision assurance: state-transition evaluation, protected successor analysis, recovery timing, evidentiary gating, and reviewable decisions. Federation and continuity: coordination across independently governed participants, accountability records, intervention planning, and recovery-support workflows. Adversarial Materiality Fixed-Point Closure (AMFPC): bounded examination of material distinctions, failure conditions, unresolved evidence, and closure conditions. Evidence evolution and audit: traceability, SHA-256 integrity records, replay-oriented mechanisms, and detection of recorded changes. Satellite-related observation: optional read-only interfaces for NASA Earth-event information, NOAA space-weather observations, and CelesTrak orbital data. Infrastructure assurance: operator-permission validation and human-reviewed action planning without uncontrolled physical actuation. Recursive continuity: governance of transitions, dependencies, recovery options, successor conditions, and relevant computational mechanisms. The governing principle is preservation of truthful distinction, legitimate agency, accountable authority, and recoverable future possibility before materially irreversible transitions. The architecture terminates formal evaluation at a bounded Zero-Distinction Boundary when no additional materially distinguishable condition remains within the declared finite model. New material evidence or previously unmodeled conditions can reopen evaluation. The distribution includes executable Python modules, command-line interfaces, examples, test suites, preserved source components, and integrity manifests. Verification and operational limits: Focused offline testing and ZIP-integrity checks have been performed. These do not establish independent scientific certification, complete regression verification, production cybersecurity assurance, global legal adoption, satellite command authority, or operational control of external infrastructure. Physical actuation and consequential interventions require independently established permissions and appropriate human oversight. The project identifies Noelia Sofia Sanchez as founder and designated project administrator. Anthony Oluwafemi Olaseni Joshua is recorded as nominated Co-Steward / Co-Guardian; independent acceptance remains unverified. This release is intended to support reproducible research, systems engineering, governance evaluation, continuity planning, and further independently validated implementations.

Abstract

BOUNDARY OMEGA v28 is a cumulative, executable research and decision-support architecture within the Recoverability-Constrained Systems (RCS) / Continuity Science corpus developed by Noelia Sofia Sanchez. The release integrates the Boundary Omega v26 foundation, Federation Interface v8, Evidence Evolution AMFPC v12, the v27 deterministic recoverability-assurance engine, and the v28 satellite-observation and infrastructure-authorization gateway into one Python-based distribution. The architecture evaluates materially consequential transitions through protected-successor reachability, recoverability intervals, authority and consent conditions, evidentiary sufficiency, adversarial materiality, recursive governance, and finite fixed-point closure. Its principal executable components include: Recoverability and decision assurance: state-transition evaluation, protected successor analysis, recovery timing, evidentiary gating, and reviewable decisions. Federation and continuity: coordination across independently governed participants, accountability records, intervention planning, and recovery-support workflows. Adversarial Materiality Fixed-Point Closure (AMFPC): bounded examination of material distinctions, failure conditions, unresolved evidence, and closure conditions. Evidence evolution and audit: traceability, SHA-256 integrity records, replay-oriented mechanisms, and detection of recorded changes. Satellite-related observation: optional read-only interfaces for NASA Earth-event information, NOAA space-weather observations, and CelesTrak orbital data. Infrastructure assurance: operator-permission validation and human-reviewed action planning without uncontrolled physical actuation. Recursive continuity: governance of transitions, dependencies, recovery options, successor conditions, and relevant computational mechanisms. The governing principle is preservation of truthful distinction, legitimate agency, accountable authority, and recoverable future possibility before materially irreversible transitions. The architecture terminates formal evaluation at a bounded Zero-Distinction Boundary when no additional materially distinguishable condition remains within the declared finite model. New material evidence or previously unmodeled conditions can reopen evaluation. The distribution includes executable Python modules, command-line interfaces, examples, test suites, preserved source components, and integrity manifests. Verification and operational limits: Focused offline testing and ZIP-integrity checks have been performed. These do not establish independent scientific certification, complete regression verification, production cybersecurity assurance, global legal adoption, satellite command authority, or operational control of external infrastructure. Physical actuation and consequential interventions require independently established permissions and appropriate human oversight. The project identifies Noelia Sofia Sanchez as founder and designated project administrator. Anthony Oluwafemi Olaseni Joshua is recorded as nominated Co-Steward / Co-Guardian; independent acceptance remains unverified. This release is intended to support reproducible research, systems engineering, governance evaluation, continuity planning, and further independently validated implementations.
