STRATEGI AFFILIATE MARKETING MELALUI TIKTOK DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENJUALAN PRODUK SPREI DAN BEDCOVER PADA AKUN @AFNIWIDIA7
This study analyzes the TikTok affiliate marketing strategy used by the account @afniwidia7 to support sales of bed sheet and bedcover products and identifies the principal challenges encountered in its implementation. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied. Five informants were selected purposively, consisting of one key informant and four supporting informants. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observation of account activities, and documentation of content, audience interactions, product links, performance records, transactions, and commissions. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña through data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The strategy operates through four connected areas of Social Media Marketing. Social Community is reflected in responsive interaction through comments, direct messages, question-and-answer sessions, and live streaming. Social Publishing is expressed through reviews, product demonstrations, care tips, and room-transformation content. Social Entertainment appears in trending audio, transitions, storytelling, and creative visual presentation. Social Commerce connects audience interest with purchase through the yellow shopping cart, calls to action, live product placement, promotions, and testimonials. The main challenges are algorithm dependence, fluctuating commissions, and unstable content visibility. The study shows that Social Publishing is the most prominent strategic element, while platform algorithms constitute the most influential operational challenge in sustaining affiliate performance.
