Redes sociales e inteligencia colectiva: el caso de la Secundaria General No. 74 en los Reyes, La Paz, Estado de México

This text shows the results derived from the analysis of the usage of Facebook and WhatsApp as leading instruments of the teaching-learning process during the health emergency caused by the SarsCov2 virus of the educational actors of the General Secondary School No. 74 in the State of Mexico during March-July 2020. It is the intention of this paper to dimension social networks as accomplices of current global didactics and set a precedent in that school that allows focusing on new learning experiences. In this sense, the research was carried out in order to collect and study the information obtained in such a way that its study enable us to understand the benefits of these technological resources in educational terms.
