ДАНАКЛИ МЕВА УРУҒИ МОЙЛАРИНИ СОВУҚ ПРЕССЛАШ ВА АМИГДАЛИНДАН ТОЗАЛАШНИНГ ЭКОЛОГИК-РЕСУРС САМАРАДОРЛИГИ
Three oil recovery routes for stone fruit kernels are compared against yield and environmental criteria. Amygdalin content, toxic metal levels and microbiological indicators of the cold-pressed oils were determined. A water-free ethanolic technology for removing amygdalin is proposed and a mass balance per 1000 kg of kernel is given: 99.05 % of the feedstock is directed to marketable or secondary streams.
