A qualitative descriptive approach was used. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation from the principal, vice principal, teachers, and administrative staff selected by purposive sampling. Analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, with source triangulation for validity. The findings show that the principal implements seven EMASLIM roles: educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator. These are reflected in continuous coaching, competency-based placement, routine supervision, motivation and appreciation, and digital innovation. Supporting factors include wise leadership, collaboration, continuous training, and appreciation. Inhibiting factors include uneven adaptation, differing conceptual understanding, limited facilities, and varied individual abilities. The principal's leadership is comprehensive and transformative in developing HR. This study contributes to strategic HR management models in madrasah settings and offers practical recommendations for strengthening principal leadership and teacher professional development
