The Schwinger Sever: The Threshold Sever, Spent in Electromagnetism

One step of this program is exported here to electromagnetism, at the census grade marked EM, and its toll is paid in public. S2, the threshold sever: a bound system holds to a set amount and then shears. At home the amount is an angle, Theta_c = 2pi * 411, a declared count in the system's own winding, and the sever is sharp: below the count the system holds, at the count it parts, and the products are a zero-sum pair. Electromagnetism has one place that looks like this. In a strong enough electric field the vacuum itself produces electron-positron pairs, and the field that sets the scale is the Schwinger limit, E_c = m_e^2 c^3/(e hbar) approx 1.32x10^18 V/m. The analog was registered in advance: the dimensionless ratio E/E_c, built from the field's own invariants, plays the role of the set amount; the electron's Compton scale plays the grain; pair production plays the shear. The toll was registered in advance too: the frame's threshold structure, its counting form (N-M)/M and its grain, had to price something in Schwinger's known rate, either the exponential exp(-pi E_c/E) or its prefactor, before any fitting. It prices neither. The counting form is a rational number built from integers; the exponent is pi divided by a continuous field ratio, got by tunneling, and no count in the frame produces pi, the 1/E dependence, or the rate's dimensions. Worse for the map, the Schwinger vacuum does not hold and then shear. The rate is nonzero at every field strength and falls off as exp(-pi E_c/E) below E_c, so E_c is a scale where the leak gets fast, not a point where a held system parts. A sever that leaks at every load below its set amount is not the home sever. Verdict: the cell S2xEM is RHYME, downgraded from ADDRESS. The structure found the right phenomenon and the products are the pair this program already counts at home, but that pair credit belongs to S1, landed in Paper 29; the sever step itself brings shape and no priced content. The home headline is untouched by anything here, in either direction.
