THE PLACE OF ABDILAS MALDYBAEV'S WORK IN KYRGYZ MUSIC

This article analyzes the musical work of the outstanding Kyrgyz composer Abdylas Maldybaev. It examines his contribution to national composition and his role in shaping professional composers. He also created numerous remarkable songs and choruses, composed the first national operas, the national anthem of the Kyrgyz SSR, and many other talented works. His music is so sincere and natural that it is often perceived as folk music.
