Co(Finance): QC(F) Applied Architecture for Systemic Financial Continuity

This paper develops QC(F) as a non-canonical applied architecture for systemic continuity within Co(Finance). It addresses the threshold at which informational observation and institutional coordination remain necessary but are insufficient to describe how a financial system preserves identity through liquidity transitions, risk propagation, market-state transformation, and systemic curvature. Drawing on Paper 10.3 and the QC and C₀S/Sīnotĕs substrate lineages of Papers 10.11 and 10.11S, it proposes Stabilize → Preserve → Return as a provisional QC(F) continuity function. The architecture operationalizes four inherited invariants—flow coherence, propagation stability, admissible transitions, and systemic continuity—through a seven-stage cycle covering identity registration, invariant monitoring, propagation assessment, curvature localization, admissible transition control, loop closure, and recovery. Sīnotĕs-F is positioned as a continuity spine that receives informational identity from Cyber and coordinated decision-energy from Fusion, then returns a revised systemic state to both without replacing their functions or merging their identities. Governance provisions preserve human-origin authority, traceable delegation, accountability, and escalation. Staged implementation pathways and a qualitative evaluation framework establish a research program spanning simulation, classical emulation, hybrid experimentation, quantum-inspired testing, and quantum-capable investigation. The paper presents no empirical validation, formal measurement system, or demonstrated quantum advantage. Its contribution is an investigable architecture that distinguishes operational survival from continuity preservation while keeping proposed mechanisms revisable under evidence and subordinate to their canonical sources.
