The study investigated the influence of agroecological factors on the growth, development, and bioproductivity of Silphium perfoliatum L. in the Samarkand and Andijan regions during 2023-2025. The highest germination rate under autumn sowing was 75.1%, while the optimal seed placement depth was 1,5-2,0 cm. Under the 90×90 cm planting scheme, plant height reached 310 cm, seed yield was 9,7 c/ha, and green mass yield reached 1237,8 c/ha.
