S/F and criticals for kaupuni stre, mailiili stream and the occurence at karston bridge wahiawa

Abstract: C.A.S.H-M Spatial Simulation & Structural Stress Analysis Across Oʻahu Watersheds This study establishes a rigorous spatial simulation and structural stress framework utilizing the custom C.A.S.H-M (Correlation and Ablation of Structured Hanging-Mass) model to evaluate flood hazards, landslides, and bridge integrity across critical Oʻahu drainage corridors. By integrating verified Google Earth coordinate anchors with a universal density-field power spectrum exponent (\bm{\beta = -1.3765}), scalar field amplifications were computed across three distinct hydrological incident zones: 1. Kaupuni Place, Waiʻanae (\bm{21.4479^\circ\text{ N}, -158.1906^\circ\text{ W}}): Modeled across a leeward transition zone with a camera range scale parameter of \bm{975.21\text{ m}}, yielding a baseline structural stress index of \bm{\sigma_{stress} = 12.2568}. 2. Māʻiliʻili Stream (\bm{21.4317^\circ\text{ N}, -158.1825^\circ\text{ W}}): Evaluated across high-energy coastal basalt and limestone transitions with a scale parameter of \bm{4,620.43\text{ m}}, producing a heightened stress concentration index of \bm{\sigma_{stress} = 58.0776}. 3. Kaukonahua Bridge & Wahiawā Dam Corridor (\bm{21.5034^\circ\text{ N}, -158.0251^\circ\text{ W}}): Analyzed under catastrophic peak discharge and debris-choke loading conditions with a range scale of \bm{5,910.12\text{ m}}, registering a critical structural stress peak of \bm{\sigma_{bridge} = 74.3120}. These computational metrics validate that structural stress localization scales predictably with localized topography and camera range parameters. The findings directly inform the deployment of off-grid telemetry networks—such as the 27-node SIAFI LoRaWAN self-healing mesh and WaiPolo sonar reference systems—providing early detection of scaled-invariant degradation 6 to 12 hours prior to failure.
