Design of a Web-Based Dashboard Information System for Monitoring Live Streaming Talent Performance

Beyond Agency still records live streamer talent performance in spreadsheets, so data entry takes about 1 to 2 minutes per talent, data are not stored centrally, and comparing performance between talents is difficult because the data are presented only as numbers. The agency needs concise information on views, donations, and streaming duration to monitor its talents regularly. This study aimed to design and develop a web-based dashboard information system to record, monitor, and compare talent performance. The system was developed using the Waterfall method with a structured design approach (DFD, ERD, and flowcharts), with requirements gathered through a discussion with the agency manager and a literature review. It was implemented with PHP, MariaDB, MySQLi, Tailwind CSS, and Chart.js, and tested using black-box testing with 12 scenarios. The system provides talent master management, daily streaming records, performance history, and a dashboard with recapitulation and charts. All 12 scenarios passed (100%), indicating that the system can be used. In conclusion, the system meets the functional requirements as a recording and recapitulation tool, but it is not yet integrated with a streaming platform API and does not provide real-time monitoring.
