MANAJEMEN PESANTREN DALAM MENGHADAPI ERA DIGITALISASI PENDIDIKAN: STUDI KASUS DI PESANTREN MUHAMMADIYAH DARUL ARQOM SAWANGAN DEPOK

This study analyzes the management of educational digitalization at Muhammadiyah Darul Arqom Islamic Boarding School, Sawangan, Depok, focusing on management functions, implementation, obstacles, and solutions while preserving Islamic values. This Methodes A qualitative case-study design was used from March to May 2026. Informants were selected purposively from pesantren leadership, information-technology management, educators, and students. Data were collected through non-participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Credibility was strengthened through source, technique, and time triangulation. Digitalization was managed through planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. Its implementation included Cards Edu, Cards Parents, barcode attendance, web dashboards, computer-based testing, LCD/video learning media, and digital administration. Benefits included more organized services, easier learning management, improved parent communication, and more varied learning activities. Constraints involved uneven digital competence, limited computers, unstable internet, financing, and device-control issues.The study shows a pesantren digital-management model that integrates managerial functions, technological capacity, and value-based control to support digital adaptation, sustainable educational service improvement, and Islamic identity preservation
