INTEGRATION OF VISUALIZATION AND GAME TECHNOLOGIES IN THE FORMATION OF GEOMETRIC THINKING IN PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS

The article explores the current state of teaching geometric material in primary school, the psychological and pedagogical features of developing students' spatial imagination, and the role of information technology (IT) in this process. It analyzes the imbalance between the arithmetic emphasis in traditional education and geometric knowledge, suggesting the use of interactive games and modeling methods to address this gap. Furthermore, the paper provides a scientific rationale for how integrating traditional teaching methods with modern IT and gamification elements impacts a student's analytical abilities. Special emphasis is placed on the fact that spatial representations formed in primary school are not merely a mathematical skill, but the foundation for a student's conscious perception of the surrounding world and the mastery of future engineering and technical knowledge.
