ANALISIS DOMINANSI JENIS BAMBU (Bambusa spp.) MENGGUNAKAN SUM OF DOMINANCE RASIO (SDR4) DI KHDTK ULM
This study aims to analyze bamboo dominance using the Sum of Dominance Ratio (SDR4) method at the KHDTK ULM Arboretum, Mandiangin Timur. The starting point was determined using purposive sampling by considering the presence of bamboo. Data collection was conducted in the bamboo arboretum using a single-plot method covering an area of 1 hectare, which was divided into 25 sub-plots measuring 20 × 20 meters to assess the dominance of bamboo species. The results of the study identified 10 bamboo species (Bambusa spp.), each exhibiting distinctive morphological characteristics. Based on the SDR4 analysis, three bamboo species were found to be dominant: Bambu Ampel (Bambusa vulgaris) with 21.24%, Bambu Hias Hijau (Bambusa heterostachya) with 20.18%, and Bambu Pagar Cina Kuning (Bambusa multiplex alphonse karr) with 18.24%. Meanwhile, species with relatively low dominance included Bambu Putih (Bambusa glaucophylla) at 3.98% and Bambu Blenduk (Bambusa vulgaris waminii) at 2.81%
