STUDY TENTANG HUBUNGAN ANTARA UPAH DENGAN MOTIVASI KERJA DI MINI MARKET IDOLA KWANYAR

Work motivation is a crucial factor influencing the level of employee wages within a company. Without employee motivation to collaborate for the company's interests, established goals cannot be achieved. Conversely, strong employee motivation to work together serves as a guarantee of the company's success in attaining its objectives. This study employs a quantitative research design utilizing simple linear regression analysis and SPSS software. Data collection techniques included observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The study population consisted of all 26 employees at the Idola Kwanyar minimarket. The results of the t-test (partial test) conducted using SPSS 25.0 indicate that the simple linear regression involving the independent variable is significant. This is evidenced by a significance value of 0.001; since this probability level (0.001) is less than 0.05—and the calculated t-value (3.743) exceeds the t-table value (1.71088)—the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. This demonstrates that the wage variable has a significant partial effect on the work motivation variable.
