It analyzes the distinctions between the concepts of "organizing," "maintaining," and "systematically providing premises." Particular attention is paid to the impact of digital technologies on proving the perpetrator's criminal intent. The study aims to formulate proposals for improving Article 232 of the Criminal Code to ensure the accurate legal classification of actions involving the use of instant messaging apps and AI bots. The conclusion is drawn that it is necessary to precisely establish the elements of the *actus reus* and the individual's intent.
