It demonstrates the effectiveness of prosecutorial activities through specific examples and identifies systemic issues in the field under study, such as the passivity of regulatory bodies, violations during the approval of inspections, and digital fragmentation. The article substantiates the need to harmonize legislation and strengthen coordination mechanisms.
