Thermodynamic and Computational Modeling of Circumstellar Habitable Zones: A Way To Determine Goldilock Zones Around Stars.
This research paper presents a first-principles thermodynamic and computational framework for modeling circumstellar habitable zones. By evaluating stellar radiation balance, albedo dynamics, and planetary surface temperatures across diverse stellar types, the study establishes precise inner and outer boundaries for planetary habitability. The model offers an accessible, zero-dimensional approach to predicting habitable exoplanet environments, calculating runaway greenhouse and maximum greenhouse limits, and guiding future observational targets for astronomy and astrobiology research
