EVERY ``MOMENT'' HAS AN ``ANTI-MOMENT'' TWIN - THAT MOVES IN THE REVERSE DIRECTION OF TIME
We extend Axiom 0 of the TER Framework: True present moment P0 has dT = 0 = N0 (Nothon). Previous works treated N0 → ΦN as one-way flow. If the present moment is Nothon n with time flux ΦN forward (+S), conservation oftemporal charge requires anti-Nothon ¯n with flux ¯ΦN backward (−S). We define: Every moment P0 has an anti-moment ¯P0 such that total temporal quantum number Stotal = S + ¯S = 0 at creation vertex N0. Nothon/Anti-Nothon pair creation is analogous to electron-positron pair creation. Forward sector evolves as our observable universe (matter, arrow of time forward), backward sector as conjugateuniverse evolving backward in time. This provides a natural explanation for the arrow of time, matter-antimatter asymmetry (we inhabit +ΦN branch), and black hole information preservation: information falling into Rmin is encoded in ¯P0 twin. We predict: 1) Entangled photons show weak time-reversed correlation, 2) Black hole gravitational wave echoes contain inverted phase component from anti-moment sector at 10-50ms delay.
