INTEGRASI MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DALAM MEWUJUDKAN MADRASAH BERPRESTASI: STUDI KASUS MAN 1 JEMBRANA
Islamic education management is a key factor in improving the quality of Islamic educational institutions. This study aims to analyze the integration of Islamic Educational Management and spiritual values at MAN 1 Jembrana, Bali, using a qualitative, case-study-based approach. Data were collected through observation and documentation, then analyzed descriptively based on the functions of Planning, Organizing, Executing, and Controlling (POAC) as well as spiritual leadership. The results indicate that the integration of Islamic Educational Management and spiritual values is implemented through planning grounded in Islamic values and religious culture; human resource management that emphasizes honesty, trustworthiness, and confidence; and supervision oriented toward moral responsibility. Furthermore, spiritual values are also reflected in the work culture, decision-making, and relationships among stakeholders within the madrasah environment. This integration contributes to the development of a culture of excellence, improved academic and non-academic achievements of students, teacher motivation and professionalism, and the effectiveness of institutional governance. This study concludes that the success of madrasahs is determined not only by management functions but also by the internalization of spiritual values that strengthen commitment, integrity, and the sustainability of educational quality.
