The predominance of social orphans (70%) is established. The number of children residing in social organizations also decreased significantly (by 66%). Nevertheless, the vast majority of orphaned children (95%) face health problems, including disability (25%) and chronic diseases. Only small percentage of children (about 5%) have no lapses.
