FBGT Operator Topology and P ≠NP

## Overview This preprint develops **operator topology**, a branch of topology that translates discrete invariants of algebraic topology into the language of functional analysis (bounded operators, compactness, spectral theory). Its central object is the intrinsic section measure \[H^S(\Sigma)=\int_{\partial M}\mathrm{Pf}(\Omega),\] the Pfaffian integral of the non-commutative curvature \(\Omega=[\nabla,\nabla^*]\) over the boundary of a four-dimensional Poincaré manifold. The measure is proved strictly positive, and this positivity drives the two main applications: a proof of \(P \neq NP\) and a phase-transition picture of the Riemann Hypothesis. ## Structure Nine chapters, preceded by a preface grounding the theory in the elementary area formula \(S=a\cdot h\). - **Ch. 1** — Ontological anchoring: cognitive manifold, right conoid, disambiguation of \(H^S(\Sigma)\).- **Ch. 2** — Deduction chains, SAG inference step group, Cauchy convergence, transcendental limits.- **Ch. 3** — First operator-topology theorem: topological rigidity and the inverse-operator barrier.- **Ch. 4** — Second operator-topology theorem: algorithmic rigidity and compression spectral mapping.- **Ch. 5** — Dimensional reduction: conformal rigidity, dragging deformation, Gosper fractal.- **Ch. 6** — Establishment of \(H^S(\Sigma)\) via Chern–Weil theory and the minimal BIBD instance.- **Ch. 7** — Complexity blocking: a proof of \(P \neq NP\).- **Ch. 8** — Phase-transition symmetry of the Riemann Hypothesis, with explicit metamathematical boundaries.- **Ch. 9** — Metatheoretical positioning and open problems. ## Key Claims and Their Status - \(H^S(\Sigma) = F(T,C) > 0\) is proved under the V0 baseline; the product form \(T \cdot C\) is shown to be a degenerate special case, not the general law.- \(P \neq NP\) is argued via the incompatibility between traversal speed \(O(N_{\max})\cdot p(n)\) and exponential branch growth \(2^n\).- Results on the Riemann Hypothesis hold **strictly within \(\mathrm{ZFC}+\mathrm{supacg}\)**. Abstract
