STUDI LITERATUR: KONTRIBUSI MENGIKUTI PELATIHAN ADMINISTRASI TERHADAP KINERJA TENAGA TATA USAHA

This study aims to analyze the contribution of administrative training to the performance of school administrative staff by reviewing findings from previous studies. A qualitative approach employing a literature review method was used. Data were collected from relevant scientific articles and analyzed descriptively through the processes of identification, synthesis, and interpretation of research findings. The results indicate that administrative training contributes positively to improving the competencies of school administrative staff, leading to enhanced work quality, timeliness, discipline, and productivity. The effectiveness of training is influenced by leadership support, organizational culture, and the work environment, while limited human resources and regulatory changes serve as inhibiting factors. The novelty of this study lies in the development of a synthesis that integrates empirical evidence on the relationship between administrative training, competency improvement, and various dimensions of administrative staff performance, while also identifying the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting training effectiveness as a basis for developing strategies to improve the quality of school administrative services.
