Entropy per Creation Event: A Charged Event Carries No Priced Entropy in the Frame

A creation event is charged. I proved that in the companion work: a defect that appears carries Nieh-Yan charge Q = b * L, where b is the Burgers flux of the piercing created and L is the length of line the event lays down. This paper asks the next question in plain form. Does the event also carry an entropy, a priced number of horizon degrees of freedom that belongs to the event itself? I registered the candidate prices and the kill conditions before I ran the frame's machinery against them. Three prices were on the table. A charge price, S = Q/(4 l_P^2), which reads the charge as a Wald area. A grain price, ln 2 per grain of scar under the g = 2 cap, with a total cap of N * ln 2 = 284.88 nats at the declared count N = 411. And zero, the price you get if a creation event is bookkeeping rather than a state. None of the three survives as a derived price. The charge price inherits the two free dials of the charge law and runs from 0.25 to 7.106153 x 10^52 nats on choices the frame does not make. The grain price is a cap. A cap bounds what an event can cost; it does not set what an event does cost, and the step that spends a cap as a price is a bridge the record does not contain. The junction ledger assigns the interface no entropy of its own. Its output is none. The verdict is an obstruction, printed at full size. The per-event entropy is NOT PRICED by anything in the frame. The missing object has a name and a shape: a degeneracy ln D_event, computed from the frame's dynamics for one creation event, that turns a charge, which is an area, into a count, which is a number of states, without passing through an adopted identification and without fixing b or L by decree. Until that object exists, a creation event has a charge and no entropy. The catastrophe is NOT SOLVED. The toll is untouched.
