Development of Interactive Science Learning Media Integrated SDGs and Local Wisdom for Increase Scientific Literacy and Digital Literacy of Middle School Teachers and Students

Science education in the digital era faces low Scientific Literacy and Digital Literacy students . PISA 2022 data shows literacy Indonesian science is below the OECD average, and studies introduction at SMPN 6 Mataram confirm low second literacy The integration of SDGs and wisdom local viewed can make more science learning contextual and sustainable research? This aim developing interactive science media integrated SDGs and wisdom valid, practical and effective local For increase Scientific Literacy and Digital Literacy student school medium . Research and Development Methods used with the 4D model ( Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate ). Subject study is 210 students class VIII SMPN 6 Mataram , consisting of on three class experiment (n = 158) and one class control (n = 52). Selection class done purposively with? nonequivalent pretest – posttest control group design . Class experiment using interactive media during six meeting ; class control use learning conventional without interactive media . Validation done by three media and materials expert . Practicality measured through implementation learning , response students , and teacher responses . Effectiveness measured through pretest – posttest use instrument literacy science ( optional) double reasoned ) and digital literacy ( description ), then analyzed in a way descriptive-comparative , N-gain, and independent t-test . The results showed that the media was very valid (average 4.55), very practical (90%), and effective . N-gain Scientific Literacy experiment 0.62 more tall than control 0.42; N-gain Digital Literacy experiment 0.60 more tall than control 0.42. T-test on posttest show difference significant on Scientific Literacy (t = 9.57; p < 0.001; d = 1.53) and Digital Literacy (t = 9.85; p < 0.001; d = 1.57). In conclusion, the media is valid, practical, and effective. increase Scientific Literacy and Digital Literacy students. The implication is that this media can become alternative innovative science learning that supports SDGs and strengthening literacy through technology and wisdom local. Abstract
