Today, preventing violence against children requires cooperation among families, educational institutions and public authorities. In our country, considerable attention is being paid at the level of state policy—on the basis of the Constitution, laws, resolutions and decrees—to caring for children, supporting their all-round development, and working together in a united effort to create a childhood free from violence.
