A model for impact assessment for Preventive Health Technologies
In this preprint of a paper submitted for publication to Annali di Igiene, Medicina Preventiva e di Comunità, we describe a framework for preventive technologies that complements, rather than replaces, comprehensive HTA. By integrating population health impact, modelling, progressive evidence generation and procurement, it may support more transparent and adaptive decisions on the development, financing and large-scale implementation of preventive digital technologies while evidence remains incomplete and continues to evolve.
