UNIPHIED QUANTUM MECHANICAL MATRIX UniPhiEd Realativity: A Fully Deterministic, Topological Derivation of the 17 Fundamental Particles from the Cosmic Neutrino Background Flux Author: Delája Schuppers Date: 29 October 2026 Framework: UniPhiEd Realativity Copyright: 4.0 CC International Abstract This paper presents a fully deterministic, non-probabilistic Model of Quantum Mechanics within the framework of UniPhiEd Realativity. The paper derives the exact mass, charge, and spin characteristics of all 17 fundamental particles directly from the hydrodynamic constraints of a hyper-relativistic, fluidic medium: the Cosmic Neutrino Background (\(C\nu B\)). This medium possesses a grounded cosmic density of \(336\text{ neutrinos/cm}^3\) (across all three generations). Every fundamental particle is mathematically defined as a localized, topological 2D Möbius Disc possessing a non-zero minimal thickness defined exactly by the Planck length (\(\ell _{P}\)). The transition from a 2D surface constraint to a macroscopic 3D physical manifestation is governed strictly by spatial geometry (\(\pi \), \(\phi \)), the 11-dimensional superstring divisor matrix (\(D_m = 264\)), and the Terrestrial Spacetime Velocity Delta (\(\Delta c = 207.542\text{ km/s}\)). This framework removes the mathematical infinities (\(\infty \)) plaguing conventional Quantum Field Theory, making the necessity for artificial renormalization completely obsolete.
