The Chronospatial Continuum in Society
The relevance of the research topic is determined by the need to use the advantages of time and space and their interrelation. The purpose of the research is to identify the possibilities of creating a unified chronospatial continuum, and the objectives are to identify the direct, inverse, and complex relationships between space and time, to assess the vertical and horizontal, subordinate, and coordinate connections between space, population dispersion, and network centricity, and to identify the characteristics of social time, such as its subjectivity and flexibility. The significance of the article's topic is determined both by the scientific objectives of studying the chronospatial continuum as a holistic sociopolitical system, where both time and space are interconnected and labile resources, and by the practical objectives of effectively utilizing this continuum in Russian society. The novelty of the research is determined by the identification of the essence and social consequences of the formation and disruption of the chronospatial continuum of sociopolitical conflicts. The article shows typical ways of escalating and resolving such contradictions between "challenge" and "response" in time and space. The article reveals the main parameters of the chronospatial continuum in society as a whole and, specifically, in conflicts, the vertical and horizontal vectors of continuity and conjugation of the sociopolitical space, and highlights the forms of time accounting's impact on the course of events and the controlled territory, including: the necessary acceleration, the advance based on intuition; and, conversely, the adventurous leap forward; the inhibition of urgent reforms based on the refusal to be active; and, conversely, the backward movement and reaction. Each of the species is examined in terms of its mental prerequisites, subspecies, successes, and dangers. The necessity of dromocracy, continuous chronological advance of the enemy, is substantiated. The conclusions can be used both in scientific analysis and in practical social policy.
