IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI PAJAK BUMI DAN BANGUNAN PERDESAAN DAN PERKOTAAN (PBB-P2) BERBASIS WEB DI DESA SUBANG MENGGUNAKAN METODE AGILE
Management of Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) at Subang Village Government was previously carried out manually and through spreadsheets, causing taxpayer, tax object, payment, financial transaction, mutation, and reporting data to remain separated. This condition resulted in repeated data entry, inefficient data retrieval, and delays in presenting information. This study aims to implement an integrated web-based PBB-P2 Information System and apply an Agile approach to accommodate user needs during implementation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Implementation was conducted iteratively through Product Backlog preparation, design, implementation, Black Box Testing, and Review. Seventeen Product Backlogs were divided into three iterations covering master data, transactions, and administration and reporting. The system was implemented using PHP, MySQL/MariaDB, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Chart.js, and deployed on shared hosting. Functional testing showed that all planned functions operated according to the expected results. User acceptance was evaluated through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving 12 respondents consisting of an Administrator, Collectors, Village Treasurer, Village Secretary, and Village Head. Ten statements were assessed using a five-point Likert scale. The UAT recapitulation produced a score of 582 out of a maximum score of 600, equivalent to 97%, which falls into the Very Good category. The results indicate that the system integrates tax data management, payments, financial transactions, deposits, mutations, recapitulation, and reporting, and can be used to support PBB-P2 administrative activities at Subang Village Government.
