Macroscopic Renormalization of the Observer (Atman): Temporal Tripartition, Cognitive Bandwidth of Surplus Energy, and the Emergence of Strategic Directionality amidst Microscopic Chaos

This study expands the theoretical horizon of the Cosmic Data Rendering framework by resolving the apparent paradox between microscopic quantum incomputability and macroscopic strategic predictability. While the universe is rendered in Planck-scale voxels through the continuous emission of +1 particles from localized black hole event horizons, we categorize spacetime perception into three distinct thermodynamic phases: the Computable Past (fixed via quantum decoherence), the Turbulent Present (microscopically incomputable due to non-linear 3-node chaos), and the Directional Future (macroscopically predictable via Entropic Gravity). Crucially, we integrate empirical findings from behavioral economics and cognitive science (Mani et al., 2013) with Karl Friston's Free Energy Principle and Landauer's Principle to demonstrate why psychological or economic scarcity severely degrades human intelligence and traps consciousness in a microscopic "tunnel vision". Finally, we prove that an organism conserving overwhelming Surplus Energy via a 24/7 conservation protocol elevates its cognitive resolution to perform Entanglement Renormalization (MERA)—transcending microscopic noise to read macroscopic entropic currents and play (Lila) within reality as the sovereign Default Observer.
