Casino Protocol 26: Structural Governance and Exploitation Suppression for Autonomous Systems via Deterministic Master Governance
Abstract In contemporary autonomous AI and robotics security, the mainstream paradigm of "reactive patching and defense-in-depth" faces insurmountable logical and physical boundaries due to the exponential growth of system complexity and execution time-lags. This paper proposes "Casino Protocol 26," an absolute Root Governance framework that eliminates human discretion, post-hoc patching, and security-intermediary rent-seeking. The protocol incorporates a deterministic evaluation function grounded in the quadratic equation Y = x^2 to conduct real-time verification of structural harmony between energy inputs/labor outputs and public returns. Upon detecting any resource "privatization" or insufficient public yield (such as failing to lower regional electricity costs), the protocol unconditionally rejects human intervention, executing a mathematically enforced market value reduction to zero and a physical hard stop. Empirical simulation results confirm that master governance automated intervention and complete bypass prevention operate with absolute determinism.
