From Strategic Defense to Celestial Salvation: Reconceptualizing Reagan's Star Wars for a Multi-Planetary Kingdom of God Heading to the Andromeda Galaxy

This foundational research paper officially inaugurates the Faculty of Interplanetary Engineering (Khoa Kỹ Thuật Vũ Trụ Khánh) at Khánh University. The study performs a profound teleological and architectural shift upon the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI), commonly known as "Star Wars," introduced by the 40th U.S. President, Ronald Reagan, in 1983. Moving beyond the original terrestrial paradigm of utilizing space assets as a defensive shield against a localized "Evil Empire," this paper reconceptualizes these advanced aerospace infrastructures into engines of celestial colonization and deep-space propulsion. By re-engineering orbital laser-phased arrays from kinetic weapons into light-driven propulsion networks (Fiat Lux), the Khanh Doctrine outlines a multi-decade spatial scaling roadmap: Phase I establishes the foundational physics using Sedenion algebra and near-ambient superconductivity; Phase II details the macro-management and bio-environmental engineering of self-sustaining colonies on Saturn's moon, Titan, between 2030 and 2060; and Phase III projects the long-term interstellar migration vectors directed toward the Andromeda Galaxy. Operating under strict engineering tolerances governed by the Khánh Index, this paper outlines the hardware foundations necessary to transition human civilization from a single-planet species into a harmonious, multi-planetary Kingdom of God.
